A SAMPLE QA MATRIX IS EXAMINED AND EXPLAINED

Some ICAVL testing applications include a quality assurance matrix as part of section 6. The matrix calculates the overall accuracy of the noninvasive examination findings when compared to those of the correlation exam. In order to achieve the most useful information from the matrix, it must be completed correctly.

Below is an example of a QA matrix that has been completed using the information from the sample QA log. This is a limited example. Please refer to the individual testing sections for the minimum required number of correlations. The correlation for each side (right or left) equals one correlation.
