Entering The Matrix
A
SAMPLE QA MATRIX IS EXAMINED AND EXPLAINED
from
the July 2003 issue
Some
ICAVL testing applications include a quality assurance matrix
as part of section 6. The matrix calculates the overall accuracy
of the noninvasive examination findings when compared to those
of the correlation exam. In order to achieve the most useful
information from the matrix, it must be completed correctly.
Below
is an example of a QA matrix that has been completed using the
information from the sample QA log. This is a limited example.
Please refer to the individual testing sections for the minimum
required number of correlations. The correlation for each side
(right or left) equals one correlation.
